These terms apply to purchases in the Aerostat store. The seller is Orensa Group GmbH, Töpferstrasse 26, 8045 Zürich, Switzerland (UID CHE-386.118.683), which publishes books under the Aerostat brand.

Orders and prices

The price of each book and the delivery cost are shown before you pay. A contract is made when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot complete an order, we will tell you and refund the full amount you paid.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is described in our shipping policy, and returns and replacements in our refund policy.

The texts and design of this site and of our editions are protected by copyright and may not be copied without our permission.

Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. This does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.
